The twenty-third session of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Governing
Council/Global Ministerial Environment Forum was held at UNEP headquarters, Nairobi, from 21 to
25 February 2005. The Council adopted the present report at the 10th plenary meeting of the session, on
25 February 2005.
The Stakeholder Forum team in attendance produced five issues of Outreach, all of which can be downloaded here, along with the official Report of the Governing Council.
