Stakeholder Forum’s Associate Leida Rijnhout served as facilitator for the Major Groups and other Stakeholders at the third session of the Ad Hoc Open-Ended Expert Group on Marine Litter and Microplastics, 18 – 22 November 2019, Bangkok, Thailand.
The facilitation, part of the strategic collaboration of Stakeholder Forum with UN Environment, included presentations, discussions on ambitions and expected outcome of the meeting , a World café on mapping exercise, stocktaking, and future steps, a dialogue with Member States, and facilitating the drafting of final outcomes, and hosting the daily briefings for Major Groups and other Stakeholders.
